  • Within the EU: Receive your luxury items in just 3-5 business days.
  • Global Shipping: For destinations outside the EU, expect delivery in 4-8 business days (including North America, Asia, Middle East, and more).

Please note that items within the same order may ship separately, and each package will have its own tracking number. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Made Simple

We handle all necessary customs documentation for international orders. However, any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. Expect these charges from your courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

Damaged Items? We’ve Got You Covered

While Curror takes every precaution to ensure your package's safety during transit, we are not liable for any items damaged or lost in shipping. If you experience any issues:

  • Contact your carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) using your tracking number to file a claim.
  • Capture photos of any damage and keep all packaging as evidence.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for all return costs, including shipping and any customs charges. For undeliverable shipments after 2-3 delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us, and we will deduct a $50 fee, plus any applicable customs or import charges from your refund.

Our couriers will attempt multiple deliveries or leave your package at a local collection point. If your order remains unclaimed and is returned to us, a $50 fee plus additional customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
