At Curror, we aim to offer an effortless shopping experience, which includes our 14-day return policy. If you need to return an item, we’ve outlined a simple and efficient process to make sure you’re taken care of.
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy with Curror. Follow these steps to initiate your return:
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Care Team at info@curror.store. Include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
- Provide Item Details: List each item for return with its name, description, quantity, and reason for returning.
- Get Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we’ll provide a Return Authorization to include with your return package.
- Return the Item: Ship the item back using a courier service (FedEx, UPS, or DHL) with tracking. You’re responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Make sure to ship the item back within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items sent after 14 days or via postal services will be returned to the sender at their cost.
Return Conditions
For a smooth return experience, please ensure your items meet these conditions:
- Unworn & Unused: The item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or scents.
- Complete Packaging: All original tags, brand certificates, dust bags, and boxes must be included.
- No Sale Items: Items marked as Sale cannot be returned.
Any return that does not meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
Refund Process
After we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days. Here’s what happens next:
- Return Inspection: Once we inspect the item for condition, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days to reflect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days of approval, please check your bank or credit card for any additional processing delays. If the refund is still missing, contact us at info@curror.store for assistance.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order:
- Email Us: Send an email to info@curror.store with your order number, item description, and photographic evidence of the issue.
- Return Instructions: Our concierge service will guide you through the return process, and we’ll provide a return shipping label.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Important Information
- Returns Must Be Sent via Courier: We only accept returns through FedEx, UPS, or DHL with tracking.
- No Returns After 14 Days: We cannot process returns or exchanges after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Customs Fees: If there are any customs fees or duties on returns, these will be deducted from your refund. To avoid this, we recommend prepaying customs duties at the time of shipment.
